Australian Pairs Day:

Despite a rather dubious weather forecast, the day was actually quite nice for bowling.

Four groups of 4 battled it out for a place in the semi finals, this resulted in Ian Hamblett & Carol Findlay playing Kevin Thomas & Dave Cutbush in one semi, while Bruce Acock & Keith Cusdin played Clare Thomas & Liz Hosmer in the other.

Kevin & Dave overcame Ian & Carol while Bruce & Keith were winners over Clare & Liz.

Both pairs performed admirably in the final, with the eventual winners of this year's Brain Snow Trophy being Kevin & Dave.
